The license is per primary facility. If you serve two or three institutions, you can use the same license at all of them — we don't audit. If you're deploying widely (five or more facilities, or a whole system), the scholarship pathway is the cleaner route and we'll sort it manually.

Yes. The inmate-only PDF is bundled with your access and you're free to share digital copies with your volunteers, your print services, or family members of inmates you're working with. The scoring overlay sheet stays with you — that's what makes the tool work.

Yes. Print and copy as many as you need for the participants you're working with. The per-facility license is exactly that — your facility's right to print.

Most parish offices, diocesan offices, or partner ministry organizations can print these for you. Local Catholic schools and Knights of Columbus councils are often willing to help with print runs for prison ministry. Reach out to us if you need help finding a print partner.

The theological substance is Catholic — the charism framework comes from Catholic theology and the Catechism. The materials themselves don't carry overt Catholic branding so they can be used in any facility setting. Catholic facilitators carry the theological substance into their conversations naturally; non-Catholic facilitators can use the structure in their own settings without the branding doing a job it shouldn't.

The tool is designed for facilitator-led use because the scoring requires the overlay sheet. If you're a family member who wants to support someone inside, the cleanest path is to connect with their facility's chaplaincy and put this tool in the chaplain's hands.

The chaplain master is everything — the inmate booklet, the overlay sheet, the scoring instructions, the conversation guide, and the one-sheet inventory in a single document. The inmate-only PDF is just the booklet, formatted for printing in volume. A facilitator needs the chaplain master to use the tool; the inmate-only PDF is for reprinting booklets after the chaplain master has been read through.
