Our Implementation Handbook is a comprehensive guide designed to equip you with the planning, tools, and administrative backbone to implement a sustainable program of discovering, discerning, and committing to charisms in your parish community.
Every parishioner who enrolls under your program will get not only their own charism assessment, but also access to lots of other resources for them to use independently to learn more about charisms and discernment. The value for every person is $27.
Our parish programs includes peer accompaniment training for team members to support others in discerning their charisms. Each volunteer will be trained in facilitating both one-on-one and small group discernment.
Our assessment is the only option that auto-adjusts to the person taking it, accounting for their age, vocation, and baptismal status. There are separate questions for teens 14-20 and adults to ensure everyone receives accurate results. At the end everyone receives their own custom PDF report to guide their discernment journey.
The Parish Program includes 75 assessments.
Additional assessments are $5.50 each and includes a custom report and all the member resources for every person who takes it.
I have been obsessed with charisms since I was 17 years old, which is also when I first discovered how little there was available to learn about charisms. I have spent the last 17 years learning about charisms through the writings of the Popes, the Catechism, early Church fathers, and the lives of the saints, as well as the instruction of the Holy Spirit through the hundreds of people He has graciously allowed me to accompany in one-on-one charism discernment.
