Tags are how your Assessment Results Dashboard learns who's who. Once your people are tagged — by department, by grade level, by ministry, by role, whatever cut is useful to you — you can filter results by those groups instead of reading everyone as one big list. Tagging takes a few minutes, and here's the whole process.
In your Assessment Results Dashboard, go to Enrollments. Every person connected to your organization appears as a row, with their name and email. If you're looking for someone specific, the search box at the top finds them by name or email.
Check the box at the left of each person who should share a tag — say, everyone in the math department. As soon as you select anyone, a bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many people you've selected.
Click + Add Tag in that bar. A window opens asking for the tag name — type it exactly the way you want it to read, like "Math Department," and click Add Tag. The window confirms how many people the tag is being added to before you commit.
Each person's tags appear right in the Tags column. Made a mistake? Click the × on any tag to remove it from that person. To see a whole group at once, use the Tags filter above the table — it's also the quickest way to confirm nobody in a group got missed.
We ask for two tags on every staff member: their grade level or department (in your own words) and their role — teacher, aide, administrator, counselor, facilities. When everyone's tagged, send us the list of tag names you'd like the summary to analyze, and we'll take it from there.
