Guided Personal Charism Discernment is a 60-day self-paced coaching program that walks you through the entire discernment process — from your very first questions about charisms all the way to a confident, prayerful commitment to the gifts God has given you for this season of your life.

The 60-Day Journey

From First Questions to Real Commitment

Every day for 60 days, you’ll spend about 15 minutes with one focused thing — a short teaching, a reflection question, an activity, or a prayer. The program is built on the Open Your Gifts guided discernment framework and enriched by the theological depth of the What You Carry study. Here’s where it takes you:

Foundation — Days 1–14
Learn what charisms are, get honest about your identity, and choose which charisms to focus on.
Preparation — Days 15–21
Set a timeline, fill in knowledge gaps, and build a concrete testing plan.
Testing — Days 22–35
Step out and actually use your charisms in real life. Pay attention. Gather evidence.
Listening — Days 36–49
Bring everything to God in prayer. Hear His feedback. Get clarity.
Commitment — Days 50–60
Own what you’ve discerned, write your commitment, and get sent.

By Day 60, you’ll have moved from curiosity to conviction — not because someone talked you into it, but because the Holy Spirit met you there.

Using the Identity Quotient from the Many Parts charism assessment (or a simple self-identification), you’ll discover which of three identity stages fits you right now. Throughout the program, you’ll find tailored reflections and guidance for your stage — so the person healing deep identity wounds and the person ready for God’s next “big ask” both get exactly what they need.
