Your Diocesan Team registration is complete: your Setup & Training and your yearly membership are both in place. Here’s exactly what happens from here.

What Happens Next

Fill out the team setup form. One form gets everything moving: your team roster, your cohort details, and your agreement acceptance — about five minutes.

Your team’s training starts right away. As each team member is added, Volunteer Accompaniment Training and Presenter Training will become instantly available on their account.
The cohort. The team training cohort meets January 19–20, 2027 — two virtual mornings, with team working sessions at your own chancery each afternoon. Both mornings are recorded, so if your team can’t attend live, you’ll receive the full recording plus a live seat at the next cohort. New cohorts run every January and August.

Once your setup form is in, you can also add team members directly: your membership comes with an Organization Orders page where adding someone takes two clicks. The short guide walks you through it:

One thing worth knowing: a seat is not automatically assigned to you at checkout. If you’re on the team yourself, add yourself first. If you registered on the team’s behalf and won’t be presenting, skip that — just add your team members.
