Providing transparent and flexible costs is a part of our process here at Many Parts. This calculator provides you with the estimated cost of a combined parish-wide and youth-ministry rollout — built from à-la-carte programs OR as one of our formal Combined bundles.

Two ways to do this: build your own pairing (one parish program + one youth program), OR pick a formal Combined bundle that covers both at a single price. They're mutually exclusive — selecting one path clears the other.

Youth Ministry
Add high-school and middle-school curricula, plus printed workbooks for your participants.
Not required. You will have access to the digital workbook to print on-site inside your curriculum. Only add these if you would like each student to have a print book with all worksheets to document their journey.
Estimate how many people will take the digital charism assessment. If your program includes assessments, those are applied automatically — you'll only be charged for any beyond what's included.
Your annual 60-day stewardship push — all assessments are volume-priced together at the 'pp' (parish-program) schedule. Applies to every push-eligible program you've selected (parish-side and youth-side bill independently against the same earned tier).
