Many Parts Ministries equips the Body of Christ by helping high schoolers learn about and discern their charisms (spiritual gifts) — and helping their mentors do the same, so they can see how the Holy Spirit is inviting them to help grow the Church.
Our signature charism assessment for high schoolers ages 14–20 is the best possible starting point for the journey of charism discernment, and it lays the foundation for a life of purpose and belonging.
At the end of the assessment, students receive a 25+ page personalized report showing them where they are in their relationship with God, what lies they seem to struggle with, which charisms they are most likely to have, and which ones are a definite “no” right now — plus suggested Biblical inspiration, college majors, trades, jobs, and more for every charism they rank highly for.

Passion & Purpose: Charisms for Teens includes a long-form chapter on every individual charism — ideal college majors, trades, and jobs for each one, discernment and troubleshooting tips, and ways to use the charism at school, at home, and in the community.
Adult educators use it to understand how charisms show up in students. Teens read it for themselves.
