Many Parts Ministries exists because we believe it should be an expected part of being a Catholic adult to have discerned your charisms. But we can't do it alone — and we're looking for partners to help us make this God-given mission a reality.
Help us carry a mission bigger than our small team — as a speaker, evangelist, and champion of charisms in your own community and across the country.
Applications are open now through mid-September. We're admitting on a rolling basis, so the sooner you apply, the sooner we can talk.
Apply to become a Charism Ambassador →A while back, I sat in a room full of leaders whose ministries I deeply admire, and I noticed the same thing about every one of them: each had a wide field of gifted, well-formed people around them — a whole brigade they could send, collaborate with, and trust to carry the work into places they could never personally reach.
I looked at that and thought, "Gosh, we need that for charisms."
We have always known this mission was bigger than our small team. Helping the whole Body of Christ discover and use their charisms is not something a handful of us can do from one place. After prayer and discernment, the answer feels clear: God is asking us to reach further, through more people, than we can on our own.
Charism Ambassadors is how we want to begin answering that call. We want to build a collaborative ecosystem that charism ministry has never had — a trusted group of people who can speak, evangelize, and grow this work in their own region and nationally.
We have big plans, and we're looking for people to help us steward them.
One of the most concrete pieces: we want to make it truly easy for a parish, a school, or a diocese anywhere in the country to book a formal charism event through Many Parts Ministries. Right now, so much depends on logistics, geography, and our Executive Director's very full calendar. So we're building regional coverage — Ambassadors across different parts of the country and throughout the world who can be made available for speaking events, workshops, and retreats close to home.
The goal is simple: one Ambassador can meaningfully serve a whole region, so that when someone in the Southeast or the East Coast asks for a charism presentation, there's already a trusted, trained person close by.
We're also looking to build our bench of trusted collaborators, training speakers and facilitators for future conferences, events, classes, and small groups. We have very big dreams, and we'd love you to consider being a part of them.
This training will go much deeper than anything else we offer, leading not just to the certification and knowledge focused on in our other trainings, but to true missionary discipleship, lived out through a zeal for people coming alive in their God-given gifts.
If you have completed another training with us already, this will not be a re-hash — we'll be covering much, much more than we have anywhere else.
Joining this ambassador cohort doesn't make you a member or employee of Many Parts — it makes you an official Charism Ambassador of Many Parts. You will represent this mission in your own mission field in your own way.
As an Ambassador, the following paid opportunities will be available, with some limited volunteer opportunities as well:
We refer speaking events to you. When a request comes in from your region, you're the first person we reach out to.
You'll be first on call when we need people to facilitate workshops, lead retreats, or run sessions at the charism conferences we hope to launch as early as 2027.
We'd love your help bringing in new parishes, dioceses, youth ministry programs, and Catholic schools — and when you do, we share the profit on those clients with you.
Everything is always on your schedule. If you're ever unavailable for something, that's completely fine. This is meant to be fully part-time, alongside your vocation or another job or ministry.
We are looking for people passionate about their Catholic faith, human development, growth mindset, and, of course, charisms. We would love to find people already working in parishes, dioceses, apostolates, and Catholic speaking who would like to add this specialty to their toolkit.
You may also be perfect for this opportunity if:
You do not need to be a charism expert to apply. If you're passionate about this, spiritually mature, and a natural at connecting with people, we can teach you the rest.
You don't need a particular charism to be a Charism Ambassador — we're looking at the whole person, not just your charisms. But some gifts find an especially natural home in this work, and if you have any of these, this role could be a natural fit:
So much of this is helping people understand what charisms actually are. If you have the charism of teaching, you'll make this rich topic feel clear and reachable.
This work moves at the speed of relationship. If you have the charism of pastoring, the long-term connections you build become the channels the mission travels through.
More than anything, this ministry is about helping people see the value of the gifts God has given them. If you have the charism of encouragement, you're already doing the heart of the work.
Part of this role is casting a vision for what charisms can do for a school, a parish, or a diocese, in a way that draws people in. If you have the charism of leadership, you can help others see what's possible.
A person's first encounter with charisms should feel like a welcome, not a lecture. If you have the charism of hospitality, you create the room where people first open their gifts.
This is far from an exhaustive list — many others each have a place here too. And if you're not yet sure what your charisms are, that's completely okay: helping people discover exactly that is what we do!
The heart of this program is creating an integrated, prayerful community of charism warriors, led by our Executive Director, Jill Simons. Ambassadors will be formed over about eight months, mentored personally by Jill, in a journey that's less about building a skillset and more about the person you become along the way.
You'll receive:
When we meet: live on Tuesdays at 11:00 am Central — weekly for the first three weeks, then every other week through the spring. Sessions run about 50 minutes, and we break for Thanksgiving week and the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The commissioning falls on Pentecost — the feast of the Holy Spirit pouring out His gifts, which is exactly what this whole mission is about. You come out of it commissioned and sent: a trusted, trained Charism Ambassador with the engine of Many Parts behind you.
We are a true startup in every sense of the word. We have no angel investors, venture capital, or big organizations behind us. We don't know exactly what the future holds, so we cannot make any guarantees about specific numbers of speaking events, referrals, or other results that might come from this program for any individual.
We are building an ark in the desert, but we have faith that rain is coming.
This program is going to be the best fit for people willing to join us in that risky space where God loves to move. The one thing we can guarantee is that this program is deeply, inherently valuable in and of itself. Even if follow-up opportunities are slower to come to fruition, rest assured that you will grow in faith, hope, knowledge, and joy through this training, whatever you find on the other side.
This is a two-way commitment. We are going to invest heavily in you — my personal time, our formation, our materials, a platform, and a path to income. In turn, we ask a modest tuition:
$175/month for eight months
or $1,200 paid upfront
A discount for paying in full — and the monthly path comes out to about the cost of taking a class.
This tuition covers the time and personal attention that we are going to invest in you and helps us ensure that those joining us in this cohort are serious about a partnership. We only want to invest in people looking to be partners for the long term in a mutually beneficial way.
Applications are open now through mid-September, and we admit on a rolling basis — so if you know this is you, don't wait. There is limited space in this cohort, and we do not intend, as of now, to open this opportunity again in the future.
The application is short by design: a few written questions and a three-minute video where you introduce yourself and tell us, as if you were speaking to a room, why charisms matter. That's it! We'll reach out to you individually from there.
