Affiliate Terms of Service

Welcome to the Many Parts Ministries Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our program.

1. Enrollment in the Program

To join the Many Parts Ministries Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Submit an application for approval. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

By enrolling, you agree to promote our products and services, including our charism assessment, retreats, trainings, and programs, in accordance with these terms.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Accurately represent our products and services in all promotional efforts.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with the laws of your location (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S.).
• Avoid prohibited practices, including but not limited to:
• • Spamming.
  • False or misleading advertising.
  • Bidding on our trademarked keywords in paid advertisements.
• Conduct yourself online in a manner consistent with the values and Catholic fidelity of Many Parts Ministries.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in termination of your affiliate account.

3. Commissions

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on qualifying sales unless otherwise negotiated. Your own purchases will not be included in your commissions.
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid on the 1st of each month, provided your account has accrued a minimum of $25.
• Refunds and Adjustments: Commissions will not be paid on refunded or canceled orders. If a refund is issued after a commission has been paid, the amount will be deducted from future payouts.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

• Affiliates will receive a unique affiliate link through their affiliate dashboard.
• Affiliate links may not be used on:
• • Adult websites.
  • Paid advertisements.
• Affiliates are encouraged to use the promotional assets provided in our Affiliate Assets folder.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for:

• Violations of these terms.
• Conduct that is inconsistent with the values and Catholic fidelity of Many Parts Ministries.

Upon termination:

• Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
• You must immediately cease using our affiliate links and promotional materials.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use the brand name, logo, and other promotional materials provided on our Affiliate Assets page solely for the purpose of promoting Many Parts Ministries. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• FTC disclosure requirements (for U.S.-based affiliates).
• GDPR compliance (for affiliates operating in the EU).

You agree to indemnify and hold Many Parts Ministries harmless from any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from your actions as an affiliate.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the matter through mediation. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be Tulsa, OK, USA.

10. Miscellaneous

• This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, or joint venture between you and Many Parts Ministries.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their earnings.

By participating in the Many Parts Ministries Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
