Welcome — you’re now a Youth Ministry Subscription administrator.

In just a minute we’ll ask you a few quick questions to finish setting up your account. Before we do that, here’s the most important thing to know:

Please stay with us all the way through. When you finish the last question, your Assessment Results Dashboard access turns on. If you close this window before the end, your access is not turned on yet — you’ll have to come back and start over.

It takes about 3 minutes. We’ll walk you through the whole thing.

There are just a few things to know right away.

Your subscription has two dashboards and two kinds of codes. That’s it. We’ll walk through each one on the next few screens.

Dashboard #1 — your Resource Dashboard.

Think of this one as your library. It’s where you go to watch training videos, work through the Spirit Rising curriculum, and find materials for your youth ministry.

How to sign in: Use the email you used when you subscribed.

One small thing that might confuse you: when you sign in, the top of the page might say the word “Student.” Don’t worry — it says “Student” for everyone, even administrators. Nothing is wrong.

Dashboard #2 — your Assessment Results Dashboard.

Think of this one as your control panel. It’s where you go to see your youth ministry’s assessment results and to find your codes.

(The “dash” is just short for dashboard.)

An important page inside is called the Coupons page. That’s where all your codes live. We’ll talk about codes next.

You have two kinds of codes.

A code is like a gift card code that someone can redeem on our website. You’re already the admin — your access turns on when you finish this onboarding. The codes you’ll distribute come in two kinds:

Code	What it’s for	How many
Member Code	For teens taking the Youth Charism Assessment — purchased separately as you need them	$5.50 each
Parent Code	For every parent of a teen in your program (Parent Resource Portal)	Unlimited

Both kinds live on the Coupons page of your Assessment Results Dashboard.

Need additional administrators? The subscription includes one admin seat (you). Extra admin seats are $50 each — email [email protected] to add them.

A few quick things before you go.

Three small things that’ll make your first few weeks easier:

Save our email to your contacts. Add [email protected] to your address book so our emails about your subscription don’t end up in spam.

Open your START HERE guide. The BEST place to begin using your subscription is by opening the Courses tab of your Resource Dashboard and looking for START HERE: Youth Ministry Subscription Program Guide. It walks you through all the program elements, one by one.
