In just a minute we’ll ask you a few quick questions to finish setting up your account. Before we do that, here’s the most important thing to know:
Please stay with us all the way through. When you finish the last question, your Assessment Results Dashboard access turns on. If you close this window before the end, your access is not turned on yet — you’ll have to come back and start over.
It takes about 3 minutes. We’ll walk you through the whole thing.
Your program has two dashboards and three kinds of codes. That’s it. We’ll walk through each one on the next few screens.
Think of this one as your library. It’s where you go to watch training videos, work through the Virtual Youth Ministry Charism Leadership Retreat, and find materials for your team.
One small thing that might confuse you: when you sign in, the top of the page might say the word “Student.” Don’t worry — it says “Student” for everyone, even administrators. Nothing is wrong.
Think of this one as your control panel. It’s where you go to see your team’s assessment results and to find your codes.
An important page inside is called the Coupons page. That’s where all your codes live. We’ll talk about codes next.
A code is like a gift card code that someone can redeem on our website. Your program comes with three kinds, and each one unlocks one specific thing:
| Code | What it’s for | How many |
|---|---|---|
| Member Code | For adult core team members and youth leaders taking the Youth Charism Assessment | 25 |
| Admin Code | For staff or key leaders who need to see the team’s results | 3 |
| Volunteer Training Code | For one volunteer being trained to walk one-on-one with team members | 1 |
All three kinds live on the Coupons page of your Assessment Results Dashboard.
Here’s the one thing people get tripped up by: the codes don’t overlap.
If one person needs two roles — say, a staff member who’s also taking the assessment themselves — they use two codes. (Redeeming both on the same account is fine.)
Each code is like a movie ticket.
An Admin Code is a ticket to the “see the team’s results” movie.
A Member Code is a ticket to the “take the Youth Charism Assessment” movie.
Two different movies, two different tickets.
Sarah is your youth minister. She wants to see the team’s results and take the assessment herself.
She needs both tickets — so you give her one Admin Code and one Member Code. She can use them both under the same account, but she still has to redeem both separately.
Same idea for anyone who plays two roles — one code per role.
Three small things that’ll make your first few weeks easier:
