Your Leader’s Guide is your facilitation tool — but each person in your group will need their own participant access. That’s what unlocks their charism assessment, weekly readings and worksheets, video and audio libraries, and a whole library of bonus resources.

      Set this up before your first meeting. The charism assessment happens early in the study, so participants need their access ready to go on day one.

A couple of decisions, then you’re ready to launch.

Before your first meeting, just two questions to think through. There’s no wrong answer:

How often do you want to meet?

Weekly The most common. Momentum builds, the group bonds quickly, and the content stays fresh.

Biweekly or Monthly Great if your group has busy schedules or wants more time to sit with each session.

Who’s in your group? An existing small group, a brand new group of friends, or a ministry team you already lead — all three work beautifully. Trust who comes to mind.

One more thing: your Leader’s Guide isn’t a one-time-use resource. You can run What You Carry as many times as you want, with as many groups as the Holy Spirit puts in front of you. The only new piece each time is participant access for the new group.
