People take the charism assessment. The personalized report is cool and fun to look at but then they think, “Okay… now what?”

This is the now what.

Maybe you’ve been that person. Or maybe you lead others and you can feel it — they’re hungry for something deeper than information. They want to actually encounter the Holy Spirit in their own lives and walk into their life knowing what they carry and what to do about it.

But there’s a lie that sneaks in right about now: “I’m not qualified to lead something like this.”

Here’s the truth: you do not need to be an expert in charisms to facilitate this study. You do not need to have all the answers. I’ve done my best to make sure everything is networked together so that both you and your participants feel like you have access to the information and support you need.

The 8-Week Journey

From First Questions to Real Commitment

This isn’t a lecture series. It’s a guided conversation with the Holy Spirit — and your role is to facilitate that conversation for the people in your group. Here’s where the 8 weeks take them:

• Week 1 — What Are Charisms?
  Lay the theological foundation. Everything starts with the Holy Spirit.
• Week 2 — Identity
  Before anyone can discern their gifts, they need to know who they are. This is deep, tender, necessary work.
• Week 3 — What Should I Discern?
  Participants choose which charisms to focus on and begin gathering evidence from their own lives.
• Week 4 — Scope & Season
  No scope is too small. Every season is the hand of the Father.
• Week 5 — The Practice of Discernment
  A contemplative pause to understand what discernment actually is as a spiritual practice.
• Week 6 — Hearing God
  The practical skill of listening — guided prayer, journaling, and real encounter.
• Week 7 — How Your Charisms Help You Grow
  Charisms aren’t just for serving — they’re a path to personal holiness.
• Week 8 — Commitment
  Participants write and speak a personal commitment. This is not an ending. It’s a beginning.

By Week 8, the people in your group will have moved from curiosity to conviction — not because you convinced them, but because the Holy Spirit met them there.
