Your Transformation Program is built around a simple process. You don’t need to read everything at once — just follow these three steps in order.

Your program includes a 1-hour call with an expert consultant to set goals and plan your rollout. Book your call →
Start Training Your Team
Distribute Admin Codes to key staff. Begin Volunteer Accompaniment Training (8 seats, 8–12 weeks) and Presenter Training (2 seats).
Launch Parish-Wide
Host your kickoff workshop with Many Parts staff, distribute Assessment Codes, and run your programming using one of the four implementation models.

Where Things Live
You have two main dashboards and a mobile app. Each one serves a different purpose. Log in with the email you used when you purchased.
Resource Dashboard
This is where you’ll find training videos, courses, digital resources, and your Transformation Program Guide. When you log in, you may see the label “Student” — this is normal and applies to all users.
Assessment Results Dashboard
This is where you manage assessment data, distribute codes, and export results. Your Coupons page — where all your codes live — is here.
Many Parts Mobile App
All your digital resources on the go. Uses the same login as your Resource Dashboard. Search “Many Parts” in your app store.
Your Codes
Four Types of Codes, One Place to Find Them
All of your codes are found on the Coupons page of your Assessment Results Dashboard.
For parishioners taking the Charism Assessment. Each code gives one person access to the assessment and their custom PDF report.
Give to: Parishioners, staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
For people who need access to the Assessment Results Dashboard to view parish data and manage codes.
Give to: Trusted staff who need to see assessment results.
For volunteers who will walk with parishioners through the accompaniment process (8–12 weeks, self-paced).
Give to: Volunteers trained in one-on-one accompaniment.
For the people who will lead presentations and group sessions on charism discernment at your parish.
Give to: Your designated parish presenters.
Each code type serves a different purpose. An Admin Code does not include a Charism Assessment, and Training Codes do not include admin access. If one person needs multiple roles, they will need to redeem multiple codes. Multiple codes can be redeemed on the same account.
Additional codes of any type can be purchased at any time. Additional admin seats are $50 each.
