Getting Started
Three Steps to Launch
Diocesan Bible Study Access is built around a simple process. You don’t need to read everything at once — just follow these three steps in order.
Log In & Open Organization Orders
Log in at manypartsministries.com, click Account, and open the Organization Orders page. This is where you’ll distribute Bible Study access to your parishes.
Add Your Starting Roster
Add every priest and parish administrator in your diocese. You can add them one at a time yourself, or send us a CSV and we’ll upload everyone at once.
Share Your Assessment Code
Promote your diocesan assessment coupon code widely. Anyone in your diocese can redeem the bulk discount, and every result flows into your diocesan dashboard.

Your Platforms
Where Things Live
You have two main dashboards and a mobile app. Log in with the email you used when you purchased. The single most important spot on this whole page is the Organization Orders card below — it’s how you get Bible Study access into every parish in your diocese.
Resource Dashboard
This is where you’ll find training videos, courses, digital resources, and your Diocese Bible Study Access program guide — including your Organization Orders page (shown nested below). Heads up: a seat is not automatically added for you, so your library might look completely empty the first time you sign in. That’s normal — the Organization Orders step below fixes it. When you log in, you may also see the label “Student”; this is normal and applies to all users.
Organization Orders
This is where you allocate Bible Study access seats to parishes one at a time or in bulk via CSV. When you assign access to someone, it’s instantly available in their account using the email address you registered — no action necessary on their part. They’ll receive an auto-email from us confirming they’ve been added.
We also have email templates you can use to let people know (before or after adding them) what’s included and why you’re giving them access.
If you only remember one thing from this page, remember this one. Organization Orders is how Bible Study access actually reaches every priest and parish administrator in your diocese. If you skip this step, your subscription sits unused — and we’ve watched too many dioceses miss it. Don’t be one of them.
Assessment Results Dashboard
This is where you view all assessment data from your diocese, manage your assessment coupon code, and see parish-level results nested under your diocese. Web browser only — not available in the mobile app.

All digital resources on the go, using the same login as your Resource Dashboard. Search “Many Parts” in your app store. Please note that only items available in your Resource Dashboard will be available in the app.
Your Codes & Seats
Two Types of Access, Two Places to Find Them
Your assessment code lives on the Coupons page of your Assessment Results Dashboard. Your Bible Study seats are managed on the Organization Orders page.
Shared coupon code redeemable by anyone in your diocese to access the Charism Assessment at the bulk rate of $6.99/person.
Share via: direct checkout link, QR code (for print), or manual code entry at “Redeem a Code.”
Not redeemable in the mobile app. Keep use limited to your diocese so your dashboard data stays clean.
The number you entered at checkout. Our recommendation is one per parish plus five diocesan administrator seats, but your actual allocation is whatever you chose.
Give to: One point person per parish, plus diocesan staff leading the rollout.
Added through the Organization Orders page. Additional seats after purchase: $99.95/year each.
The diocesan code and the parish seats do different things. The assessment code gives individuals a discounted charism assessment. The Bible Study seats give one parish admin per parish unlimited Bible Study access. If someone already has a Many Parts account and you get a “User already exists” error when adding them, email [email protected] — we’ll add them on the back end within one business day.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong quantity of seats, please contact us directly. Buying additional seats through the site will add to your program cost unnecessarily — we can help you fix the allocation without extra charges.

- Spin up a simple request page on your diocesan website for any parishioners or new staff who want access going forward

Months 1–3Promote the Assessment Code
- Share your diocesan assessment code via email, website, bulletin QR code
- Watch parish-level requests come in through the Parish Dashboard Request Form and set those up as they arrive
- Use the Assessment Results Dashboard to see which parishes are engaging most and where there’s room to follow up

Months 3–12Sustain & Upgrade
- Consider running the Bible Study as part of diocesan small-group and ministry leader formation
- Order bulk physical copies (40% off for orders of 10+) where a physical version supports discussion
- Evaluate whether Core Adult Resources, All Core, or the Diocesan Charism Campaign is the right next step
