Getting Started
Three Steps to Launch
Core Adult Resources is built around a simple process. You don’t need to read everything at once — just follow these three steps in order.
Log In & Open Organization Orders
Log in at manypartsministries.com, click Account, and open the Organization Orders page. This is where you’ll allocate the admin seats that come with your subscription.
Add One Admin per Parish
Add one point person per parish — this can be the priest, DRE, OCIA director, or any other parish leader — plus your diocesan administrators. Add them one at a time yourself, or send us a CSV and we’ll upload everyone at once.
Redeem Your Two Presenter Training Seats
Pick the two people in your diocese who will be trained to lead charism presentations. Guard this code carefully — redeemed seats can’t be returned.

Where Things Live
You have two main dashboards and a mobile app. Log in with the email you used when you purchased. The single most important spot on this whole page is the Organization Orders card below — it’s how every parish actually gets their Core Adult bundle.
Resource Dashboard
This is where you’ll find training videos, courses, digital resources, and your Core Adult Resources program guide — including your Organization Orders page (shown nested below). Heads up: a seat is not automatically added for you, so your library might look completely empty the first time you sign in. That’s normal — the Organization Orders step below fixes it. When you log in, you may also see the label “Student”; this is normal and applies to all users.
Organization Orders
This is where you allocate Core Adult admin seats to parishes one at a time or in bulk via CSV. When you assign access to someone, the full resource bundle is instantly available in their account using the email address you registered — no action necessary on their part. They’ll receive an auto-email from us confirming they’ve been added.
We also have email templates you can use to let parish admins know (before or after adding them) what’s included and why you’re giving them access.
If you only remember one thing from this page, remember this one. Organization Orders is how the Core Adult bundle actually reaches every parish in your diocese. If you skip this step, your subscription sits unused — and we’ve watched too many dioceses miss it. Don’t be one of them.
Assessment Results Dashboard
This is where you view all adult assessment data from your diocese, manage your assessment coupon code, and see parish-level results nested under your diocese. Web browser only — not available in the mobile app.

All digital resources on the go, using the same login as your Resource Dashboard. Search “Many Parts” in your app store. Please note that only items available in your Resource Dashboard will be available in the app.
Your Codes & Seats
Two Types of Access, Two Places to Find Them
Your assessment code lives on the Coupons page of your Assessment Results Dashboard. Your parish admin seats are managed on the Organization Orders page.

If someone already has a Many Parts account and you get a “User already exists” error, email [email protected] with their info — we’ll add them on the back end within one business day. Don’t use the “Buy Seats” button — if you need more seats, contact us directly so there’s no unexpected charge.
Presenter Training
Your Two Included Training Seats
Your subscription includes two seats to Charism Presenter Training — formal training for two people in your diocese to lead charism presentations, retreats, and workshops in person.
Who to Pick
Choose two people who are willing and able to volunteer their time (or who are diocesan employees) to help educate people in your diocese about charisms. Many dioceses pick one from the diocesan staff and one from a regional location, so in-person presentations are available across the diocese.

Want to train more people? Bulk Presenter Training is available: 5–9 seats $199.20 each (20% off); 10–19 seats $186.75 each (25% off); 20+ seats $174.30 each (30% off). Many dioceses bulk-buy so every region has a trained presenter.

- Point parishes at the Parish Dashboard Request Form so they can get parish-level adult dashboards

- Share your diocesan adult assessment code across diocesan communications
- Your Presenter Training recipients begin their training (self-paced)
- Watch your Assessment Results Dashboard to see which parishes are engaging

- Once Presenters are trained, schedule in-person charism retreats and workshops across the diocese
