Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8/15/2026 Many Parts Ministries is a ministry of Favoring Brave, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy explains what information we collect on manypartsministries.com and our related pages and tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our charism assessment, our courses, studies, and communities, and our email communications. The short version You own your relationship with your assessment results. If your parish, diocese, or school invited you to take the assessment, a specific, named group of people at that organization can see your results — and you can ask us to remove your results from their view at any time. We never sell your information, and we never share it with anyone outside this policy. The only thing we do with assessment data beyond serving you and your organization is anonymous, aggregate statistical analysis — trends and totals across all results, never names. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link that works. Questions, requests, corrections, removal: [email protected]. A real person reads it. 1. Information you give us Account information. To take the assessment or enroll in a course, you create a free account with your name, email address, and a password. Assessment responses and results. Your answers to the charism assessment, the results we compute from them, and your answers to the short closing questionnaire (how you'd like to get involved). Demographic information. The assessment asks a few demographic questions (such as age, gender, baptismal status, and marital status). It is also optional to tell us your city, state, and parish if you want. You may also tell us your role in the Church and your diocese or parish, but 'I'm not sure' is always an option. Purchases. When you buy something, our payment processor collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles all our payment processing, governed by their privacy policy available here. Things you write. Posts in our member communities, reviews and testimonials you submit, support requests, and forms you fill out (for example, requesting resources for your parish, or signing up at an in-person event). 2. Information collected automatically Like most websites, we and our service providers collect standard technical information when you visit: device and browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location from your IP address. We use: Google Analytics — to understand how the site is used. Advertising measurement — we run ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure whether ads led to visits. Cookies necessary for the site to work — keeping you logged in, remembering your progress. Our platform provider sets these. We do not use your assessment answers or results for advertising. Ever. 3. How we use your information To deliver what you asked for: your assessment and results, your courses and studies, your account, your purchases. To support you when you ask for help. To email you about your results, your next steps, and our resources and offerings (see §7 — unsubscribing is one click). To operate, improve, and secure the website. For anonymous, aggregate statistical analysis across all assessment results — overall trends and numbers, never names or personal information. This helps us understand charisms across the Church and improve the assessment itself. 4. Your assessment results: who can see them This is the part of our work where privacy matters most, so here it is plainly. You can always see your own results — they open immediately when you finish, are emailed to you, and remain available any time you log in. If you took the assessment through your parish, diocese, school, or another organization (for example, using a link or code they gave you), a specific, named group of administrators at that organization can see your results on their Assessment Results Dashboard. To learn exactly who, ask your pastor, faith formation director, or the office that invited you. If you purchased the assessment on your own, no organization sees your results unless you request for those results to be added to your parish, diocesan, or other organizational account. Many Parts Ministries staff can access results to support you and your organization, and we use the data in anonymous aggregate as described above. No one else has access. Results are never public and never visible to other parishioners. Removal: you can have your results removed from your organization's view at any time — email [email protected] and we will move your data out of their accessibility. This does not delete your own access to your results. 5. How we share information We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with: The organization that invited you, as described in §4. Service providers who help us run the ministry, under their own privacy obligations: our website and course platform, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, support ticketing, and form/automation tools. These tools include EzyCourse (platform), Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email), Google Analytics, Zapier (forms/automations), Freshdesk (support), Feedspace (testimonials). When the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users, the public, or the ministry. If the ministry's ownership ever changes, information may transfer to the successor under this same policy. 6. Testimonials and things you post Community posts are visible to other members of that community. If you submit a testimonial or review, we may use it in our materials; where we have your permission, we attach your name — otherwise we use it without identifying you. 7. Email, and how to stop it Both we and, where applicable, the organization that invited you may email you about your results and next steps. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from one sender doesn't require unsubscribing from the other. Transactional email (receipts, password resets, delivering your results) is sent regardless, because your account needs it. 8. Children and teens Our website and adult assessment are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, email [email protected] and we will delete it. Our teen assessment is designed for ages 14–20. Participants under 18 need the consent of a parent or guardian to use our services. Where a minor takes an assessment through a parish, school, or diocese, results visibility follows §4 and the sponsoring organization's own safe-environment policies. 9. How long we keep information Your account and results remain available to you for as long as you keep your account, so you can return to your results at any time. If you ask us to delete your account and data, we will, except where we must retain records for administrative, legal, tax, or security purposes. Organizational visibility of your results ends when you request removal (§4) or when the organization's dashboard access ends. 10. Security Accounts are individually password-protected, and access to results is limited to you, your organization's named administrators, and our staff. No online service can promise perfect security; if we ever discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires. 11. Your rights and choices See, correct, or export the personal information in your account: log in, or email us. Remove your results from your organization's view: email [email protected] (§4). Delete your account and data: email [email protected] (§9 exceptions apply). Stop marketing email: the unsubscribe link, any time. Cookies: your browser can block or clear cookies; the site's essential functions may not work without them. 12. Third-party links and embedded content Our pages link to and sometimes embed content from other services (for example, YouTube videos, podcast players, scheduling tools). Those services operate under their own privacy policies, and embedded content may collect data as if you visited that service directly. 13. Changes to this policy When we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top; for significant changes we'll say so on the site or by email. 14.
