Our charism assessment process is completely customized to teens and the most user-friendly in the industry, set up to work entirely online, on-demand, and comes with a beautiful, personalized PDF report with clear next steps - including majors, careers, and trades to consider.
Plus, you get admin access to everyone’s most likely charisms, so you’re never without a way to follow up and continue the conversation.
We also give you all the formation needed to accompany your youth - for both staff AND parents.
Our Youth Ministry programs include our signature charism curriculum, Spirit Rising, which teaches teens all about charisms, discernment, and hearing from God in prayer over the course of 6 sessions that can be tailored to fit many different learning environments - everything from retreats to Confirmation class.
We also have included training resources for presenters, leaders, and adult discernment guides, as well as a Parent Resource portal for every parent of a child in your program at no additional or ongoing cost to you.
Your teens (and adult supporters) will have forever access to their assessment results and educational resources in our convenient mobile and web app, as well as our ongoing support and encouragement to discern and use their charisms via email and push notification.
