Your diocese has decided to invest in bringing charism discernment to every parish, and they have included you.
What that means for you: free, unlimited access to Spirit Rising, our youth charism discernment curriculum, for as long as your diocese has the subscription.
This short walkthrough (about 3 minutes) will show you what you now have and how to start using it. No setup. No passwords to create. Your diocese already did the hard part.
Charisms are the supernatural gifts the Holy Spirit gives every baptized Christian for the building up of the Church.
They aren’t personality traits. They aren’t natural talents. They aren’t job skills. A charism is a channel through which God’s grace moves through you to bless other people — something the person on the receiving end experiences, not something you earn or invent.
Every Catholic has them. Most Catholics don’t know they do. And the charisms you’ll meet most often in youth ministry — Teaching, Mercy, Encouragement, Helps, Intercessory Prayer, Discernment of Spirits — are the exact gifts that make a teenager come alive in their faith.
Almost everything changes. Here’s what we watch happen again and again in parishes running Spirit Rising:
Spirit Rising is the curriculum we built to make all of that real, one teen and one session at a time.
You have unlimited access to all of this, as long as your diocese keeps the subscription active:
You don’t need to master it all. Do these three things in your first week and you’ll be set:
Now the important ask — please request your parish dashboard before you run anything.
Your diocese already has a dashboard tracking results across every parish. You can (and should) request your own parish-level dashboard — free, included with your diocese’s subscription. It takes about 30 seconds to ask for; we set it up within one business day.
Your parish dashboard comes with a parish-specific promo code. Every assessment taken under that code flows into your parish’s data. If you run the assessment with the diocesan code instead, those results live only in the diocese’s view — not yours.
The form opens in a new window, so you can come right back here when you’re done.
