Welcome — you’re launching a Diocesan Charism Campaign.

You’re not just buying a product — you’re launching. Your Campaign has more moving parts than our other diocesan tiers: a live training to schedule, priest resources, pre-paid assessments, and training seats to place. In a minute we’ll walk you through all of them.

Please stay with us all the way through. At the end, we’ll ask you to complete a short Diocesan Enrollment Form — that’s what tells us how to set up your diocese, and your program access turns on once it’s submitted. If you close this window before filling it out, your access is not turned on yet — you’ll have to come back and start over.

It takes about 3 minutes. We’ll walk you through the whole thing.

Here’s your whole Campaign at a glance.

Your Campaign has two dashboards, one live training session to schedule with us, and a handful of codes you’ll distribute. Almost everything is delivered through a single coupon code — no Organization Orders page to manage on this one.

Every code in your Campaign lives in one place: the Coupons page inside your Assessment Results Dashboard. We’ll walk through that in a minute.

Dashboard #1 — your Resource Dashboard.

Think of this one as your library. It’s where you’ll find training videos, the recording of your live Leadership Training (once it happens), the two shareable parish sessions, priest resources, and everything else that came with your Campaign.

How to sign in: Use the email you used when you bought the Campaign.
Where things are: Your Campaign purchase is already under Memberships when you log in — nothing extra to configure.

One small thing that might confuse you: when you sign in, the top of the page might say the word “Student.” Don’t worry — it says “Student” for everyone, even diocesan administrators. Nothing is wrong.

Dashboard #2 — your Assessment Results Dashboard.

Think of this one as your data view. It’s where you see results from your 25 pre-paid assessments (plus any additional assessments run under your code), and where all your Campaign codes live.

An important page inside is called the Coupons page. That’s where your pre-paid assessment code, priest code, volunteer training codes, and presenter training code all live — we’ll talk about those next.

Your codes, seats, and live training.

Your Campaign gives you several distinct things to distribute. Each one goes to a different group and has different rules:

Your Campaign includes a 2-hour live virtual Diocesan Leadership Training Session with Jill (or occasionally a staff presenter). We’ll reach out to schedule — or if you want to book it now, grab a slot on the onboarding calendar.

You’ll also get the recording to reuse inside your diocese as long as you have access to your Campaign.

You also have two pre-recorded sessions (Holy Spirit Strategy Session & Unleashing the Spirit: Charisms for Teens) in your Resource Dashboard that you can share with every parish.

Heads up: if you just bought your Campaign, your codes may need a quick manual activation — we take care of that within one business day. Watch your email; we’ll let you know when they’re ready.

A few quick things before you go.

Three small things that’ll make your first few weeks of the Campaign easier:

Complete your Diocesan Enrollment Form. This is what tells us how to set up your diocese in our system. Fill it out here — your program access is not turned on until this is complete.
Save our email to your contacts. Add [email protected] to your address book so our emails about your Campaign — including scheduling your live training — don’t end up in spam.
Schedule your live Leadership Training Session. This is the centerpiece of your Campaign. Book your slot here, or reply to the onboarding email we’ll send you. Most times of day work for us.

Your Campaign is already tied to your account — just log in and look under Memberships to find everything waiting for you.
