Welcome — you’re now a diocesan Bible Study Access administrator.

In just a minute we’ll walk you through the handful of things you need to know to actually get Bible Study access out to the parishes in your diocese. Before we do, here’s the most important thing:

Please stay with us all the way through. At the end, we’ll ask you to complete a short Diocesan Enrollment Form — that’s what tells us how to set up your diocese, and your program access turns on once it’s submitted. If you close this window before filling it out, your access is not turned on yet — you’ll have to come back and start over.

It takes about 3 minutes. We’ll walk you through the whole thing.

Here’s your whole program at a glance.

Your program has two dashboards, one Organization Orders page, and two kinds of access you’ll distribute. We’ll walk through each one on the next few screens.

That star (★) on Organization Orders isn’t decoration. We’ll explain why on Card 4.

Dashboard #1 — your Resource Dashboard.

Think of this one as your library. It’s where you watch training videos, read guides, and find everything that came with your Bible Study Access subscription.

How to sign in: Use the email you used when you bought the subscription.

Heads up — your library might look completely empty when you first sign in. That’s normal right after purchase. It’s because you haven’t given yourself a seat to the program yet. We’ll fix that on the very next screen — don’t panic, nothing is broken.

One other small thing that might confuse you: when you sign in, the top of the page might say the word “Student.” Don’t worry — it says “Student” for everyone, even diocesan administrators. Nothing is wrong.

The most important page in your program.

Remember how your library might look empty when you first sign in? This is why, and this is the fix.

Inside your Resource Dashboard is a page called Organization Orders. It’s where you get Bible Study access out to yourself, your priests, and every parish in your diocese — and it’s the single piece dioceses miss most often.

Step 1 — Add Yourself

Before you do anything else, go to Organization Orders and add yourself to the program. That’s what makes your dashboard stop looking empty and everything you purchased show up.

Then you can add your priests and parish admins the same way — one at a time, or via CSV.

Here’s the flow: from your Resource Dashboard, go to Account → Organization Orders. You’ll see your Bible Study purchase listed. Click the three dots (⋮) → View Details. From there you can Add Yourself with one click, and then use Add a Member to add priests and parish admins one at a time — or send us a CSV and we’ll upload everyone for you.

Once you add someone, access is instant. They log in with the email you registered and Bible Study is waiting in their Memberships. No action on their part. They’ll get an auto-email from us confirming.

If You Skip This

No one in your diocese gets Bible Study access — including you. Your subscription sits unused. We’ve watched too many dioceses miss this, which is why we’re pushing so hard on it here.

Dashboard #2 — your Assessment Results Dashboard.

Think of this one as your data view. It’s where you see assessment results from your diocese, and where your assessment coupon code lives.

An important page inside is called the Coupons page. That’s where your diocesan assessment code lives — we’ll talk about that next.

Your codes and seats.

Two distinct types of access, living in two different places:

The assessment code is a coupon code anyone can redeem on our website. The Bible Study seats aren’t coupons — you distribute those person by person through Organization Orders (see Card 4).

Heads up: if you just bought your subscription, your diocesan assessment code may need a quick manual activation — we take care of that within one business day. Watch your email; we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

A few quick things before you go.

Four small things that’ll make your first few weeks easier:

Complete your Diocesan Enrollment Form. This is what tells us how to set up your diocese in our system. Fill it out here — your program access is not turned on until this is complete.
Save our email to your contacts. Add [email protected] to your address book so our emails about your diocesan program don’t end up in spam.
Open your START HERE guide. The best place to begin is by opening the Courses tab of your Resource Dashboard and looking for START HERE: Diocesan Charism Bible Study Access Guide. It walks you through every resource, one by one.
Add yourself to the program. This is what makes your Resource Dashboard stop looking empty. Click the button below, find your Bible Study purchase, click the three dots → View Details → Add Yourself. Then log out and log back in — everything you purchased will be waiting for you.
