She is also a certified hormone coach and charism coach. She loves baking, going on bike rides, and gardening.&nbsp;Through education and coaching, she provides integrated program options for women who are struggling to thrive in mind, body, and spirit. Additionally, she loves showing individuals through charism coaching how it helps women work more fully in cooperation with the Holy Spirit in their everyday lives and for the building up of the Church!
